Using a very high grade steel that has a high carbon content, we were able to attain a very fine cutting edge with a sturdy spine to carry through all of your daily kitchen tasks. Hand forged and hammered in Winsted Minnesota, these knives will each be unique and different in their own way, but just as sharp and strong as the next.
